Item availability

Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you’ve ordered, we will notify you either via e-mail or telephone. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Orders

Orders will be sent out within two business days of receipt, unless otherwise notified. We use USPS ground as our default delivery. Items sent USPS ground will be charged $7.00, except our Catherine Manuell Luggage which is $15.00. If you have a special need, please contact us at mabelzora@yahoo.com.

International Shipping

Due to the difficulty of tracking international packages, we are currently not able to ship to international customers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Which credit cards do you accept?

Mabelandzora.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Mabelandzora.com currently does not accept checks, cash, or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, there is no Sales tax in Oregon!

Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer full refunds or exchange for items returned or canceled within 7 days of receipt with invoice and tags attached.

How do I make a return or exchange?

When will my store credit be issued?

Once your email has been received at mabelzora@yahoo.com , your credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
